Our Legacy
Sturdee Constructions is a second-generation, family-run building company based on the Gold Coast. From a young age, Tom was inspired by the hard work, integrity, and dedication shown through his fathers business, which shaped a lifelong commitment to building with purpose and pride. Today, we continue that legacy by delivering high-quality, custom homes and renovations with a hands-on, detail-driven approach. We intentionally manage only a select number of projects at any one time to ensure exceptional workmanship, strong communication, and close client relationships throughout every stage. Following our site visit, we provide a detailed, transparent quote outlining the scope of works and associated costs. We also establish a realistic project timeline so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Project Management
We oversee every stage of the build, coordinating trades, materials, schedules, and communication. Our hands-on project management ensures your project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Construction & Labour
Our skilled team delivers quality craftsmanship using trusted building practices and premium materials. From initial construction through to the finishing details, we take pride in producing exceptional results that stand the test of time.
Building Clean & Handover
Once construction is complete, we conduct a thorough site clean and final inspection. We then walk you through the finished project to ensure every detail meets your expectations before handover.
Follow Up & Warranty
Our commitment doesn't end when the project is complete. We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranty support, along with follow-up service to ensure you're completely satisfied with the finished result.
